Musnad Ahmad 760:1

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar narrated to us, from Zayd ibn Aslam, from 'Ata' ibn Yasar, from Abu 'Abd Allah al-Sunabihi, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Indeed, the sun rises between the two horns of a devil. When it rises high, he leaves it. When it is in the middle of the sky, he accompanies it. When it declines—or he said: passes the meridian—he leaves it. When it draws near to setting, he accompanies it. When it sets, he leaves it. So do not pray during these three hours."
