Narrated to us by Abu al-Ahwas, from his father, who said: I came to the Prophet (ﷺ) while I was wearing shabby clothes. He said to me: "Do you have any wealth?" I said: "Yes." He said: "What kind of wealth?" I said: "All kinds: camels, sheep, horses, and slaves." He said: "If Allah has given you wealth, then let the effect of Allah’s blessing and generosity be seen upon you." He then said: "Do you have camels?" I said: "Yes." He said: "How are they?" I said: "They are healthy and productive." He said: "If Allah has given you wealth, then let the effect of Allah’s blessing and generosity be seen upon you."
