Musnad Ahmad 1099:7

Waki’ narrated to us, Ma’ruf al-Makki narrated to us, he said: I heard Abu al-Tufayl ‘Amir ibn Wathilah say: "I saw the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, while I was a young boy, circumambulating the House (the Kaaba) upon his riding beast, touching the Stone with his staff."
