Musnad Ahmad 108:4

Makki ibn Ibrahim narrated to us, he said: Abdullah ibn Sa’id—meaning Ibn Abi Hind—narrated to us, from Sayfi, the freed slave of Aflah, the freed slave of Abu Ayyub al-Ansari, from Abu al-Yasar, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to supplicate with these seven words. He would say: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from being crushed under a falling building, and I seek refuge in You from falling from a high place. And I seek refuge in You from grief, drowning, burning, and senility. And I seek refuge in You from the devil causing me to stumble at the time of death. And I seek refuge in You from dying in Your path while fleeing, and I seek refuge in You from dying from a sting."
