Musnad Ahmad 108:5

Ali ibn Bahr narrated to us, he said: Abu Damrah narrated to us, he said: Abdullah ibn Sa’id narrated to me, from his grandfather Abu Hind, from Sayfi, from Abu al-Yasar al-Sulami, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, used to supplicate and say: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from being crushed (by a collapsing building), from falling from a high place, from senility, from drowning, and from burning. And I seek refuge in You that the devil may strike me (with madness or confusion) at the time of death, that I be killed in Your path while fleeing, and that I die from a sting."
