Hadith 742:0
Narrated to us by Yahya ibn Sa’id, from Shu’bah, who said: Narrated to us Qatadah, from Abu al-’Aliyah, from Abu Arwa al-Dawsi, who said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "The blood of a Muslim is not lawful except by way of three: A soul for a soul, a married person who commits adultery, and a person who abandons his religion and separates from the community."
