Musnad Ahmad 830:113

Muhammad ibn Ja‘far narrated to us, Shu‘bah narrated to us, and Hajjaj narrated to us, he said: I heard Shu‘bah, he said: I heard ‘Abd Rabb ibn Sa‘id—and Bahz said: ‘Abd Rabb—narrating from Abu ‘Abd Allah, the freed slave of Abu Musa, from Sa‘id ibn Abi al-Hasan, he said: Abu Bakrah entered upon us regarding a testimony, and a man stood up for him from his seat. Abu Bakrah said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "A man should not make a man stand up from his seat, then sit in it." Or he said: "If a man makes a man stand up from his seat, then he should not sit in it. And a man should not wipe his hand with the garment of one whom he does not own."
