Musnad Ahmad 830:135

Abu Bakrah said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Who will be in charge of the affairs of Persia?" They said: A woman. He said: "A people who entrust their affairs to a woman will never succeed."
