Musnad Ahmad 830:17

Hushaym narrated to us, 'Abd al-Malik ibn 'Umayr informed us, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Bakrah, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "A judge shall not judge between two people while he is angry."
