Musnad Ahmad 830:82

Ahmad ibn Abd al-Malik al-Harrani narrated to us, Abu Bakr Bakkar ibn Abd al-Aziz ibn Abi Bakrah narrated to us, he said: I heard my father narrating from Abu Bakrah, that he witnessed the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, when a bearer of glad tidings came to him, bringing him news of the victory of his army over their enemy, while his head was in the lap of Aisha. He stood up and fell down prostrating. Then he began to question the bearer of glad tidings, and he informed him, among what he informed him, that a woman had been put in charge of their affairs. The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Now the men have perished if they obey the women; the men have perished if they obey the women," [repeating it] three times.
