Musnad Ahmad 789:18

'Abd al-Wahhab ibn 'Abd al-Majid narrated to us, Khalid narrated to us, from Abu al-Minhal, from Abu Barzah, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to dislike sleeping before the 'Isha prayer, and he did not like conversation after it.
