Musnad Ahmad 789:37

Yunus narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Sayyar ibn Salamah, from Abu Barzah al-Aslami, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to delay the Isha prayer until the third of the night. He used to dislike sleeping before it and talking after it. He used to recite in the Fajr prayer between one hundred and sixty verses. He would depart when he departed, and some of us would recognize the face of others.
