Musnad Ahmad 789:46

'Affan narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, Al-Azraq ibn Qays informed us, from Sharik ibn Shihab, who said: "I used to wish that I could meet a man from the companions of Muhammad, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, who would narrate to me about the Khawarij. So I met Abu Barzah on the day of 'Arafah among a group of his companions, and he mentioned the hadith."
