Musnad Ahmad 789:48

Hajjaj narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Sayyar ibn Salamah, who said: I and my father entered upon Abu Barzah, and we asked him about the prayer times of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). He said: "He used to pray the Dhuhr when the sun passed the meridian, and the Asr when a man would return to the furthest part of the city while the sun was still bright. As for the Maghrib," Sayyar said: "I forgot it." "And the Isha, he did not mind delaying it until the first third of the night. He used to dislike sleeping before it and talking after it. And he used to pray the Subh (Fajr), and a man would depart and recognize the face of the person sitting next to him, and he used to recite in it between sixty to one hundred verses." Sayyar said: "I do not know if that was in one of the two rak'ahs, or in both of them."
