Musnad Ahmad 789:5

Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, 'Awf narrated to us, Abu al-Minhal narrated to me, he said: I went with my father to Abu Barzah al-Aslami. My father said to him: "Narrate to us how the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, used to pray the obligatory prayers." He said: "He used to pray the *Hajir*—and it is what you call the *al-Ula* (the first/Dhuhr)—when the sun passed the meridian. And he used to pray the *Asr*, and one of us would return to his dwelling in Medina while the sun was still bright." He said: "And I forgot what he said regarding the *Maghrib*. And he used to like to delay the *Isha*, and he used to dislike sleeping before it and talking after it. And he used to depart from the morning prayer when one of us would recognize the person sitting next to him, and he used to recite between sixty to one hundred verses."
