Musnad Ahmad 180:3

Hashim and Hajjaj narrated to us, they said: Al-Layth, meaning Ibn Sa’d, narrated to us, he said: Yazid ibn Abi Habib narrated to us, from Bukayr ibn Abdullah ibn al-Ashajj, from Sulayman ibn Yasar, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Jabir ibn Abdullah, from Abu Burdah, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "No one shall be lashed more than ten lashes, except in a prescribed punishment (hadd) from the prescribed punishments of Allah the Exalted."
