Musnad Ahmad 180:5

Yahya ibn Ishaq narrated to us, he said: Ibn Lahi'ah informed us, from Bukayr ibn Abdullah, he said: Sulayman said to Abd al-Rahman ibn Jabir, "Narrate." So he narrated from Abu Burdah ibn Niyar, he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is no lashing above ten lashes, except in a prescribed punishment (hadd) from the prescribed punishments of Allah, the Almighty and Majestic."
