Musnad Ahmad 131:1

'Affan narrated to us, 'Abd al-Wahid ibn Ziyad narrated to us, 'Asim al-Ahwal narrated to us, Kurayb ibn al-Harith ibn Abi Musa narrated to us, from Abu Burdah ibn Qays, the brother of Abu Musa al-Ash'ari, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "O Allah, make the destruction of my nation in Your path by the spear-thrust and the plague."
