Hadith 940:12
Yahya narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from Yazid ibn Khumayr, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Jubayr ibn Nufayr, from his father, from Abu al-Darda': That the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saw a pregnant woman at the door of a tent or the edge of a tent. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Perhaps her master intends to have intercourse with her." They said: "Yes." He said: "I had intended to curse him with a curse that would enter the grave with him. How can he claim him as an heir when he is not lawful for him? And how can he employ him when he is not lawful for him?"
حدثنا يحيى، عن شعبة، عن يزيد بن خمير، عن عبد الرحمن بن جبير بن نفير، عن أبيه، عن أبي الدرداء: أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم رأى امرأة مجحا على باب فسطاط أو طرف فسطاط، فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " لعل صاحبها يلم بها " قالوا: نعم. قال: " لقد هممت أن ألعنه لعنة تدخل معه في قبره، كيف يورثه وهو لا يحل له؟ وكيف يستخدمه وهو لا يحل له؟ "
