Hadith 940:2
'Affan narrated to us, Hushaym narrated to us, Dawud ibn 'Amr informed us, from 'Abdullah ibn Abi Zakariyya al-Khuza'i, from Abu al-Darda', who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Indeed, you will be called on the Day of Resurrection by your names and the names of your fathers, so make your names good."
حدثنا عفان، حدثنا هشيم، أخبرنا داود بن عمرو، عن عبد الله بن أبي زكريا الخزاعي، عن أبي الدرداء، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " إنكم تدعون يوم القيامة بأسمائكم وأسماء آبائكم، فأحسنوا أسماءكم "
