Hadith 940:31
Abu al-Nadr narrated to us, al-Faraj ibn Fudalah narrated to us, Khalid ibn Yazid narrated to us, from Abu Halbas, from Umm al-Darda, from Abu al-Darda, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Indeed, Allah has finished for every servant of His creation five things: his lifespan, his deeds, his place of rest, his legacy, and his provision."
حدثنا أبو النضر ، حدثنا الفرج بن فضالة، حدثنا خالد بن يزيد، عن أبي حلبس، عن أم الدرداء، عن أبي الدرداء، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " إن الله فرغ إلى كل عبد من خلقه من خمس: من أجله وعمله ومضجعه وأثره ورزقه "
