Hadith 940:41
Ishaq ibn Isa narrated to us, Yahya ibn Hamza narrated to us, from Zayd ibn Waqid, Busr ibn Ubayd Allah narrated to me, Abu Idris al-Khawlani narrated to me, from Abu al-Darda, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "While I was sleeping, I saw the pillar of the Book being carried away from under my head. I thought that it was being taken away, so I followed it with my sight, and it was taken to al-Sham. Verily, when tribulations occur, faith will be in al-Sham."
حدثنا إسحاق بن عيسى، حدثنا يحيى بن حمزة، عن زيد بن واقد، حدثني بسر بن عبيد الله، حدثني أبو إدريس الخولاني، عن أبي الدرداء، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " بينا أنا نائم إذ رأيت عمود الكتاب احتمل من تحت رأسي، فظننت أنه مذهوب به، فأتبعته بصري، فعمد به إلى الشام، ألا وإن الإيمان حين تقع الفتن بالشام "
