Hadith 940:42
Musa ibn Dawud narrated to us, Abd al-Rahman ibn Thabit ibn Thawban narrated to us, from Umayr ibn Hani, from Abu al-Adhra, from Abu al-Darda, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Exalt Allah (ajilu Allah), and He will forgive you." Ibn Thawban said: "Meaning: Submit (aslimu)."
حدثنا موسى بن داود، حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن ثابت بن ثوبان، عن عمير بن هانئ، عن أبي العذراء، عن أبي الدرداء، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " أجلوا الله يغفر لكم " قال ابن ثوبان: " يعني: أسلموا "
