Musnad Ahmad 937:115

Waki’ narrated to us, al-A’mash narrated to us, from a man, from Kharashah, from Abu Dharr; and al-Mas’udi, from ‘Ali ibn Mudrik, from Kharashah, from Abu Dharr, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) who said: "Three [types of people] Allah will not speak to on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He look at them, nor will He purify them, and for them is a painful punishment." I said: "O Messenger of Allah, who are they? For they have failed and lost." He said: "The one who reminds others of his favors (al-mannan), the one who lets his garment hang below his ankles (al-musbil), and the one who sells his merchandise by means of a false oath."
