Musnad Ahmad 937:119

'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, Sufyan and 'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Sufyan informed us, from al-A'mash, from Sulayman ibn Mus-hir, from Kharasha ibn al-Hurr, from Abu Dharr, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "There are three whom Allah will not speak to: the one who bestows favors and reminds others of them, who does not give anything except that he follows it with a reminder; the one who lets his lower garment hang below his ankles; and the one who sells his merchandise by means of a false oath."
