Musnad Ahmad 937:173

Yazid narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn al-Mu'ammal, from Qays ibn Sa'd, from Mujahid, from Abu Dharr, that he took hold of the ring of the door of the Kaaba and said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, say: "There is no prayer after the Asr [prayer] until the sun sets, and no [prayer] after the Fajr [prayer] until the sun rises, except in Mecca, except in Mecca."
