Musnad Ahmad 937:192

Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Sulayman, who said: I heard Sulayman ibn Mus-hir, from Kharashah ibn al-Hurr, from Abu Dharr, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There are three whom Allah will not speak to on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He look at them, nor will He purify them, and they shall have a painful punishment: the one who reminds others of what he has given, the one who lets his lower garment trail, and the one who sells his merchandise by means of a false oath."
