Musnad Ahmad 937:97

Yahya narrated to us, from al-Ajalih, from Abdullah ibn Buraydah, from Abu al-Aswad, from Abu Dharr, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "Indeed, the best of what gray hair is changed with is henna and katam."
