Hadith 963:1
Abu Abd al-Rahman al-Muqri’ Abdullah ibn Yazid narrated to us, Haywah narrated to us, Abu Sakhr narrated to us, that he heard Makhul say: Abu Hind al-Dari narrated to me, that he heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, say: "Whoever stands in a position of showing off and seeking reputation, Allah will show off with him and seek reputation with him on the Day of Resurrection."
حدثنا أبو عبد الرحمن المقرئ عبد الله بن يزيد، حدثنا حيوة، حدثنا أبو صخر، أنه سمع مكحولا يقول: حدثني أبو هند الداري، أنه سمع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: " من قام مقام رياء وسمعة راءى الله به يوم القيامة وسمع "
