Hadith 669:9
'Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Sufyan, from 'Awn, from his father: "The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, went out in a red garment. He planted a short spear (anazah) and began to pray facing it in the open valley (al-Batha'), while the dog, the donkey, and the woman would pass behind it."
حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن مهدي، عن سفيان، عن عون، عن أبيه، " أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم خرج في حلة حمراء، فركز عنزة، فجعل يصلي إليها بالبطحاء، يمر من ورائها الكلب والحمار والمرأة "
