Musnad Ahmad 759:6

Musa ibn Dawud narrated to us, Ali ibn Abis narrated to us, from Abu Fazara, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Layla, from his father—as far as I know—Musa was in doubt: "The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, performed i'tikaf in a tent made of palm leaves."
