Musnad Ahmad 457:33

Muhammad ibn Ja‘far narrated to us, he said: Shu‘bah narrated to us, from Sulayman, from Ibrahim, from ‘Abd al-Rahman, from ‘Alqamah, from Abu Mas‘ud, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "Whoever recites the two verses from the end of Al-Baqarah in a night, they will suffice him." ‘Abd al-Rahman said: So I met Abu Mas‘ud, and he narrated it to me.
