Musnad Ahmad 457:34

Jarir narrated to us, from Mansur, from Ibrahim, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Yazid, from Abu Mas'ud al-Ansari, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Whoever recites the two verses from the end of Surat al-Baqarah in a night, they will suffice him."
