Musnad Ahmad 980:13

Muhammad ibn Ja‘far narrated to us, Shu‘bah narrated to us, from Sulayman, from Abu ‘Amr al-Shaybani, from Abu Mas‘ud, that he said: A man came to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and asked him. He said: "I have nothing to give you, but go to such-and-such person." So the man went, and he gave him something. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, then said: "Whoever guides to a good deed has the like of the reward of the one who does it," or "the one who acts upon it."
