Musnad Ahmad 980:22

Aswad ibn Amir narrated to us, Sharik narrated to us, from al-A’mash, from Abu ‘Amr al-Shaybani, from Abu Mas’ud, who attributed it (marfu’an) — and Shadhan said once: from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace — he said: "The one consulted is trusted." And Shadhan also mentioned the hadith: "The one who guides to good is like the one who does it."
