Musnad Ahmad 788:203

Abu Qatan narrated to us, Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Burdah said, Abu Musa said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The orphan girl is to be consulted regarding herself; if she remains silent, then that is her permission, and if she refuses, she is not to be coerced." I said to Yunus: "Did you hear it from him, or did you hear it from Abu Burdah?" He said: "Yes."
