Musnad Ahmad 788:234

Ali ibn Abdullah narrated to us, he said: Mu’adh narrated to us, he said: My father narrated to me, from Qatadah, from Abu Burdah ibn Abdullah ibn Qais, from his father, Abdullah ibn Qais, that the Prophet of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, used to say when he feared a people: "O Allah, we place You in their throats, and we seek refuge in You from their evils."
