Hadith 788:34
Waki' and 'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Isra'il, from Abu Ishaq, from Abu Burdah, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is no marriage except with a guardian."
