Musnad Ahmad 788:60

Abdullah ibn Numayr narrated to us, from Talhah ibn Yahya, who said: Abu Burdah informed me, from Abu Musa, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent Mu'adh and Abu Musa to Yemen. He commanded them to teach the people the Qur'an.
