Musnad Ahmad 788:76

'Affan narrated to us, Hammam narrated to us, Qatadah narrated to us, that 'Awn and Sa'id, the two sons of Abu Burdah, narrated to him that they witnessed Abu Burdah narrating to 'Umar ibn 'Abd al-'Aziz, from his father, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "No Muslim man dies but that Allah, the Almighty and Majestic, admits a Jew or a Christian into the Fire in his place." He said: So 'Umar ibn 'Abd al-'Aziz made him swear by Allah, besides whom there is no god, three times, that his father narrated it to him from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). He said: So he swore to him. He said: Sa'id did not narrate to me that he made him swear, and he did not deny 'Awn's statement.
