Musnad Ahmad 1007:37

Abu Abd al-Rahman al-Muqri narrated to us, Haywah narrated to us, he said: Abu Sakhr Humayd ibn Ziyad narrated to us, that Yahya ibn al-Nadr narrated to him, from Abu Qatadah, that he was present for that. He said: Amr ibn al-Jamuh came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and said: "O Messenger of Allah, do you see that if I fight in the way of Allah until I am killed, will I walk with this leg of mine, sound, in Paradise?" And his leg was lame. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Yes." They killed him on the day of Uhud, he and his brother's son and a freed slave of theirs. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, passed by him and said: "It is as if I am looking at you walking with this leg of yours, sound, in Paradise." The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, ordered that they and their freed slave be placed in one grave.
