Musnad Ahmad 1007:80

Suwayd ibn ‘Amr al-Kalbi narrated to us, Aban ibn Yazid al-‘Attar narrated to us, Yahya ibn Abi Kathir narrated to us, from ‘Abdullah ibn Abi Qatadah, from his father, that the Prophet of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to lead us in prayer. He would recite in the Dhuhr and ‘Asr prayers, in the first two rak'ahs, the Opening of the Book (Al-Fatihah) and a surah. He would let us hear the verse sometimes. In the last two rak'ahs, he would recite the Opening of the Book. He used to prolong the first rak'ah of the Dhuhr prayer and the ‘Asr prayer. And he used to say: "When the prayer is called, do not stand up until you see me."
