Hadith 1111:13
Qutaybah ibn Sa'id narrated to us, 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn Muhammad narrated to us, from 'Amr—meaning Ibn Abi 'Amr—from al-Mughirah ibn Abi Rafi', from Abu Rafi', the freed slave of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace): "That he saw the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) when a shoulder of a sheep was brought to him, so he ate from it. Then he stood up for the prayer, and he did not touch a drop of water."
حدثنا قتيبة بن سعيد، حدثنا عبد العزيز بن محمد، عن عمرو يعني ابن أبي عمرو، عن المغيرة بن أبي رافع، عن أبي رافع، مولى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " أنه رأى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وأتي بكتف شاة فأكلها، ثم قام إلى الصلاة، ولم يمس قطرة ماء "
