Musnad Ahmad 490:5

Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, Mas'udi informed us, from Iyad ibn Laqit, from Abu Rimthah, who said: I came to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, while he was delivering a sermon and saying: "The hand of the giver is the upper one; [give to] your mother, your father, your sister, your brother, then your nearest relative, then your nearest." He said: Then a group of people from Banu Tha'labah ibn Yarbu' entered. A man from the Ansar said: "O Messenger of Allah, these are the Yarbu'i people who killed so-and-so." The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Beware, no soul commits a crime against another," [repeating it] twice.
