Musnad Ahmad 490:9

Abdullah narrated to us, al-Abbas al-Duri narrated to us, Umar ibn Hafs ibn Ghiyath narrated to us, my father narrated to us, from al-Shaybani, from Iyad ibn Laqit, he said: Abu Rimthah narrated to me that he entered upon the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and with him was a son of his. He said, "Is this your son?" He said, "Yes." He said, "As for him, he does not commit a crime against you, and you do not commit a crime against him."
