Musnad Ahmad 308:3

Hajjaj and Rawh narrated to us, they said: Ibn Abi Dhi’b narrated to us, from Sa’id al-Maqburi, from Abu Shurayh al-Ka’bi—and Rawh said: from Abu Hurayrah—that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "By Allah, he does not believe; by Allah, he does not believe; by Allah, he does not believe." He said it three times. They said: "And what is that, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "The neighbor whose neighbor is not safe from his evil deeds (bawā’iq)." They said: "And what are his evil deeds?" He said: "His evil."
