Musnad Ahmad 308:6

Muhammad ibn Salamah al-Harrani narrated to us, from Ibn Ishaq, and Yazid ibn Harun said: Muhammad ibn Ishaq informed us, from al-Harith ibn Fudayl, from Sufyan ibn Abi al-Awja’—Yazid al-Sulami said: from Abu Shurayh al-Khuza’i, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said—and Yazid said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: "Whoever is afflicted with bloodshed or *khabl*—and *khabl* is wounds—then he has the choice between one of three: either he seeks retribution (*qisas*), or he takes the blood money (*diya*), or he pardons. If he desires a fourth, then restrain his hands. If he does any of that, then transgresses afterward and kills, then for him is the Fire, abiding therein eternally."
