Hadith 170:1
Yazid narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Sa'id informed us that Muhammad ibn Yahya ibn Habban informed him that his paternal uncle, Abu Sirmah, used to narrate that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, used to say: "O Allah, I ask You for my sufficiency, and the sufficiency of my mawla (protector/master)."
حدثنا يزيد، قال: أخبرنا يحيى بن سعيد، أن محمد بن يحيى بن حبان، أخبره أن عمه أبا صرمة، كان يحدث أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يقول: " اللهم إني أسألك غناي ، وغنى مولاي "
