Hadith of Abu Talhah Zayd bin Sahl al-Ansari (RA) from the Prophet (SAW)
حديث أبي طلحة زيد بن سهل الأنصاري (1) عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 307:24
'Affan narrated to us, Hammad—meaning Ibn Salamah—narrated to us, he said: Suhayl ibn Abi Salih informed us, from Sa'id ibn Yasar, from Abu Talhah al-Ansari, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Indeed, the angels do not enter a house in which there is a dog or an image."
حدثنا عفان، حدثنا حماد يعني ابن سلمة، قال: أخبرنا سهيل بن أبي صالح، عن سعيد بن يسار، عن أبي طلحة الأنصاري، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " إن الملائكة لا تدخل بيتا فيه كلب ولا صورة "
