Hadith of Abu Umamah al-Bahili, Suddiyy ibn ‘Ajlan ibn ‘Amr, and it is said: Ibn Wahb al-Bahili, from the Prophet (SAW)
حديث أبي أمامة الباهلي الصدي بن عجلان بن عمرو ويقال: ابن وهب الباهلي، (1) عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 962:112
Yahya ibn Ishaq narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah informed me, from Sulayman ibn Abd al-Rahman, from al-Qasim, from Abu Umamah, who said: I heard the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saying: "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him not wear silk nor gold."
حدثنا يحيى بن إسحاق، أخبرني ابن لهيعة، عن سليمان بن عبد الرحمن، عن القاسم، عن أبي أمامة قال: سمعت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: " من كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر فلا يلبس حريرا ولا ذهبا "
